These skills may have been jeopardized or put on hold by a recent hospital stay, sedentary lifestyle or recent life changes. Some of my clients just want to maintain greatness as they age.
- Fitness Trainer value is in their ability to safely motivate clients past the point that they would stop on their own. Many people get videos or a gym membership but, these people work by themselves in isolation. No leadership to motivate them or to perform exercise correctly. In older adults this is a risk for injury and this facet of my skill I take seriously.
